This also comes with a free 3D Computerized Running Analysis ($250 value). Click here for information if you have knee pain. If you are pain-free, active and healthy, click here for more information.

Second marathon build-up run location added! There will be build-up runs in the same distances and times as the current Milwaukee location. The only difference is that they will be on Sundays, beginning June 29th rather than Saturdays.  This is beneficial to anyone who may miss a Saturday event but wishes to do a longer run with a semi-organized group.  Route maps, aid stations and refreshments will be available.
