Directions: Germantown is located just northwest of Milwaukee. Take Hwy 41/45 to
Hwy 167 East (exit 54); head east about 1 mile to River Lane; turn left and head north
about ½ mile to the school entrance drive; turn left and drive past the school to the
parking area in front of the stadium entrance gate. (Link to map)
Start Times: (pre-race briefing 15 minutes before each start time)
8:00 a.m. 24 Hour
9:00 a.m. 12/6 Hour (day)
8:00 p.m. 12/6 Hour (night)
Aid Station: HEED, water, soda, ice, and a wide variety of food items will be provided.
Runners should also consider bringing food/fluids they know would work for them
(tents/tables/chairs can be set up around the track during the event).
Pacing: Pacing (having a non-registered person run with you) is not allowed. During your walking breaks, family/friends may accompany you around the track, but they must remain in the outer lanes and not interfere with the other competitors.
Timing: Chip-timing will be used for lap counts. Hourly updates on laps/distance will be provided (or in between as requested).
Awards: Plaque for all participants, engraved with name and mileage total;
1st place overall M/F (24 & 12/6 day)

Note: For consistency and competition reasons, only the day-time options are eligible for 1st place overall awards and records in the 12-hour and 6-hour divisions.
Post-race Breakfast: Breakfast on Sunday morning is included for all participants, and will be held nearby. Family/friends are welcome to join us for a nominal fee ($5). Please indicate on the entry form if you will be staying for breakfast (and others), so that we have a tentative headcount for preparing food.

24 Hour $70 by 8-6-10; $80 by 8-27-10; $90 afterwards
12/6 Hour $60 by 8-6-10; $70 by 8-27-10; $80 afterwards
$10 Discount for Strider members until 8-27-10 only; no BLS discount on late entries
