Registration: 

• Pre-register online by Thursday, July 25^th
     (5 Mile: $20; 10 Mile $25, Non-Members
      5 & 10 Mile: $18 Striders & Tri-Wisconsin,
      $1 all Children's Race)

Age Groups (10 mile):
MEN and WOMEN: 15 and under, 16-19,
20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-59,
50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

Age Groups (5 mile):
MEN and WOMEN: 15 and under, 16-19,
20-29, 30-39, 40-9, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

Course: (See Course Map)
The five mile course runs south through Sheridan Park, out to Lake Drive, down Lake Drive to the Hospital. Here the course goes east through a short section of grass to the Oak Leaf Trail. On the bike path the course runs north back to the north end of Sheridan Park. The course comes then back south to the start/finish line. The ten mile race goes for two loops of the course.
 
Race Day Schedule:

• Day of registration 6:30am to 7:30 am
• 10 and 5 mile races start together at 8:00 am
• 5 mile awards at approximately 9:30am
• 10 mile awards at approximately 10:30 am.
• Children’s 1 mile race starts immediately after 10 mile award presentation

Awards:
Medals for 1st-3rd in Age Groups,
Winner plaques for Overall Male and Female

Aid Stations:
Water at 1.8, 3.8, 5.2, 6.8 and 8.8 miles.

Refreshments:
Beer and Soda, various snacks

Perks:  A nice post race party and running with good friends
